The version is now 8.1.0102
1. Compensate a loss of report of being Jet when using MS Access.
2. Add NULL <-> "" date converion function for FOXPRO and
revise parse/describe/execute mechanism.
3. Miscellaneous type changes for 64 bit drivers.
