This directory contains .htaccess files that are copied into different
directories in the static web tree.

We keep them as a separate file to make them easier to spot, and to prevent
the mirrors from having to download them as updated every time, cluttering
logs.

And just to overload things, we also keep robots.txt and our sitemap
here :-)
