[r9842] by zippybr Rework the shutdown/reboot logic a little bit. Since the introduction of the passwordless login for a fresh install, people have been able to reboot/shutdown machines by realoding the page. For fix this issue let's grant a one-time reboot/shutdown license using sessions through the confirmation dialog.
