Fix reboot template

Rework the shutdown/reboot logic a little bit.

Since the introduction of the passwordless login for a fresh install,
people have been able to reboot/shutdown machines by realoding the page.
For fix this issue let's grant a one-time reboot/shutdown license using
sessions through the confirmation dialog.
While I'm here letschange it to try reach the httpd every 3 seconds after
reboot/shutdown and if that goes well redirect to '/'.

Merge multipath branch from ix repo with a few tweaks

Fix click events in volume status

Fix typo in data-dojo-props for System->Settings->SSL nested tab

Remove id from disks datagrid ContentPane t do not conflict with other grids

Move disks datagrid to EnhancedGrid and AMD.

This is also part of the work for future bulk edit (button below datagrid)

Remove traceback frames from 500 error page

This extended output usually makes more harm than good, harder to understand.
Lets make it simple and stick with the simple traceback.
While I'm here remove some div html elements to give a better output from a simple
ctrl+c+v from the webbrowser and make the form post on _blank target for dpaste.com.

simplify exception page a bit removing useless info (more to come)

Rename "loaders" to "tunables"
