Remove plugin mountpoint references in model.

Initial mountpoint work.

Added more pbi fields, hide them in the form, delete view added, changed edit and delete to use id rather than name.

enable the code to dinamically load tree menu nodes for plugins
(needs testing)

Looks like I forgot to commit this and caused some breakage.
