Modified pbi delete method to remove mountpoints associated with it (I thought foreign keys automatically cascaded deletes, I guess I misunderstood). Added method to remove the plugins jail as well, leaving debug syslog calls in for now, will remove once tested more thoroughly.

Fix logic on the sync_disk method

If the disk identifier is not found in the database check for the
disk name and update that entry instead of creating a new one.
