Remove references to jail_interface.

Move the jail alias stuff out of plugins jail config, an alias must already be configured in the networking section to configure a plugins jail.

Disable AIO by default and bump the default read/write segments from 1 byte to 4kB. This should make defaults a little more sane for users, given the fact that I fixed the build issues with samba so now AIO is on by default.

actually plugin path may start with jail path, but it cannot be the same
e.g. plugin path = /mnt/volume/plugins
jail path = /mnt/volume
jail name = myjail
is allowed, but with plugin path = /mnt/volume or jail name = plugins it is not
