TODO:
When a static route is entered it is placed in the database as-is.
So, if you enter 10.50.50.50/8 in reality it will be 10.0.0.0/8
and then fail to be deleted from GUI because the former is not
accept for route(8)

Move the script sourcing below export PATH s.t. we know (for certain) that the environment is properly setup before executing any embedded scripts, otherwise it could introduce nondeterminism similar to what was fixed in r9580.

Complete the etc->libexec commit for freenas-debug (I committed the copy, but not the delete part of the svn mv operation in in r9592).

Don't set static_routes unless a value is specified in the database, so DHCP-only FreeNAS machines can pass traffic without having to specify a default gateway or static route.
