Commit working conversion of samba rc.d scripts into something a bit more
manageable and functional.

Convert notifier over to the new world order.

All that remains is converting the rc.d scripts into a patch that can be
digested by the ports compile.

Upgrade lighttpd to 1.4.30.

Also, fix the column width in the email hint so it looks less braindead.

When starting or stopping NFS service, start statd and lockd as well.
Otherwise the user have to reboot or manually make lockd and statd
running.

add dependency.

Update link make.sh file.

enable libsource_bliptv.so fuppes to make it install.
Seems there was a system fault that the file was not there.

make progress bar indeterminate again as soon as the upload is finished

we dont need to copy the file over whether it is not in memory
