Block off some unused python packages so that they only go into debug images for now (we can sort them out later... but point being is that it'll reducE the release image size a bit until they're used).

Crank /var up to 150MB to avoid interoperability issues with samba when transferring over very large datasets (4TB of data in flight with 80k file entries caused things to go south with 80MB of data used for oplocks and other fun samba goo). This should also increase system uptime on properly spec'ed machines. This makes memory requirement margins tigether for lower memory systems, but not by much.

Do-Not-Merge: the defaults for FreeNAS aren't suitable for TrueNAS.
