Write up a document on how to use RST for writing documentation in FreeNAS.

Move the divining of the RELEASE and PROJECT_NAME up so that hopefully (if the shell is smart enough) it will exit ASAP in the event that the values couldn't be divined in a sane manner.

Some shells (bash) consider it helpful to print out the current working directory when running in interactive mode, so let's force a fork with /bin/sh instead (yes, it's less efficient, but eventually I want this and other scripts to be executable 100% of the time in an interactive mode).

Invent $SCRIPTDIR, and fix the pathing used for the release note generation function.

Rototill the end-to-end build script to be more modular and to finally get all of the iXisms out of the ix repo copy in favor of config file tunable methods for posting images.

Please read the docs at the top of the script for an idea of what is going to happen.
