Add devel/pyrex -- it's a really awesome method of producing C extension-like modules for python, but with a more pythonic twist.

No need to configure nginx here anymore since including nginx.conf in
svn.

Enable nginx instead of lighttpd

Add some common modules to nginx, most importantly the ssl module.
