Retract the previous commit to brand this as RC1 and instead brand this as BETA3, because there are some issues that prevent making this a true release candidate (see post # 70 on http://forums.freenas.org/showthread.php?5078-8-0-3-RELEASE-coming-soon/page7 which says there's an issue with missed MSI interrupts).

Add some other short crib notes.

Create an examples directory and provide a example daemon module.

This should be the basis for the RPC module, and also provide the structuring needed for refactoring cachetool.py, autosnap.py, and autorepl.py into sane daemons.

Don't use a dash to denote 'dirtiness' with git checkouts. This can mess up
our simplistic parsing scheme in common.system.get_sw_version, et all.

add validation for volumelabel.

don't use escape for UTF-8, use encode URI instead.

Add auxparams to wevsrv.conf.
Add useful modules. (mod_rewrite, mod_redirect, mod_alias)
