Divine the server name/netbios name in a more intuitive manner (from the hostname). It's not perfect (avahi still falls flat on its face sometimes after we HUP it), but it's better than the way things are currently done.

NOTE: Upgrading to this image _will_ break your shares if you are using a server name / netbios name that doesn't match with the hostname and you're attempting to connect to the symbolic name of the server and not the IP address. Caveat emptor.

This addresses ticket # 1060.

Looks like WITH_ was left out of the upload commit.

For the sake of consistency, change this to say x86/x64 instead of i386/amd64 to match what's going to be done on 8.0.3+ as this output is pretty blatant and I've gotten similar comments about branding before in the past from this section of code.

Remove the local access knob from within the GUI. Its the description of what it did and what it actually does didn't make sense pre-r8956 (it doesn't do anything of value post-r8956).
