Fix deleting zvols with the name 'zvol' and other creative ways for potentially misparsing actions from URLs. Also loosen input in URI parsing regexes to permit periods in snapshots, dataset names and paths.
This fix was manually merged from 8285 (I didn't add the rest of the manual zvol snapshot enhancement).
