Add new WebGUI page (System/Advanced) to add/edit/delete commands executed pre or post system initialization.

Remove useless code.

Modify configuration.
- Remove unused config entries
- Rename 'disable_howl' -> 'zeroconf'

Start/Stop zeroconf/mDNSResponder immediatelly when enabled/disbled in WebGUI.

Fix bug in system_advanced_swap.php. Modify some 'swap' code.

Finish to add iSCSI-target and update licence file

Begin to replace ntfs with ntfs-3g and swap support : NOT FINISH. I will commit the rest at the end of the week-end

Add powerd/cpufreq system power control utility + webGUI.

Transform $g['product_name'] -> get_product_name(). Do some code optimization. Add missing translation texts.

Translate more texts.
