Conditionalize the mirrored ZIL warning

While it's true that mirroring ZILs is smart in mission critical
scenarios, losing a ZIL isn't fatal on ZFS v28 like it is on ZFS
v15 and won't render a zpool completely inoperable [*].

While it's true that this is only an issue with versions of ZFS v19,
we only really deal with ZFS v15 (FreeNAS) and ZFS v28 (TrueNAS) today.

[*] There are potential recovery methods available via zdb, according
to <http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=18221>.

make disk serial field readonly and disabled as well

remove duplicated serial column in View Disks, use cached one

add a disk_serial field in Disk to hold serial #

make sure to do not run smartctl on CD in migrations
(just to be safe, that would only happen if there was a CD in storage_disk)
