for some reason this changed for dojo 1.7

first step to get rsync over ssh working (mostly GUI part)

Pressing enter on the UI doesn't change the Ok button to "Please wait"

- change attribute of url path to pen from "view" to "url"
- change the gname attribute so it is autogenerated from the position of the tree
