Use correct name in copyright

autologin of admin user with UNUSABLE_PASSWORD should be done earlier

First step for #622.

As of now a superuser is able to login without asking for a password
as long as the password field is set to '!' (UNUSABLE_PASSWORD)

The next step is to warn the user about it so he _will_ change the
as soon as possible. An possible solution is using the new alert system
(currently used for volume status only)

leave TIME_ZONE = None to use the system timezone

Promote feedback to trunk.

add copyright/license for a few forgotten files

remove all @login_required decorators as complement of r5932

use a middleware to set login_required as a default behavior
