Stop trying to be clever depending on the logs to be valid sentinels for running nanobsd.sh -b. There are some interesting issues that may occur due to the whacky overloading of variables in nanobsd.sh and nanobsd/common (MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX comes to mind) that will cause unexpected issues with the build due to the way things are sequenced.

This won't fix all issues, but it will return things to ye olde behavior because I don't have time to fix everyone's environmental issues.

Key a full build in on whether or not the supfile is present as well as the ._iw file. This will help ensure that all bases are covered when doing a full build.
