Checkpoint work.

Spec SFS 2008 has enough hardcoded baloney and interesting
assumptions that it needs its own sandbox to play in. Give
it $PREFIX/$PORTNAME >_>..

Note an old PR I filed for the actual issue instead of just
saying "hmm.. this looks like a bug to me :D..".

Merge r7258:r7312

Kill pipes and use 'del d[key]' instead of 'del d.pop(key)'
because del is a little more intuitive to deal with when
nuking values from a dict than just popping the value from
a dict.

s/postfixed/suffixed/ . postfixed is a biological term.

Clean up disk descriptions so that we don't run into E2BIG
errors with a large collection of disks.

Clean up imports a little bit. 'from <module> import foo' is
hard to grep for in large python sourcebases.

Fix the placement of my experimental branch (part 1).

Remove ancient, ad hoc copy of net-snmp.

Actually implement WITH_RESERVED_PORT and make portlint complain
a bit less by fixing some minor port Makefile nits.
