Output /boot/loader.conf and /etc/sysctl.conf so we don't have to play 20 questions trying to figure out how users customized their system(s).

Cleanup so vim colorizer doesn't get jacked up when reading the file.

Improvements to ix-loader script:

1. Don't emit null string comments, similar to ix-sysctl @ r8095.
2. Mute noise from sha256 and cat when catting pseudo temporary file.
3. Make mount/unmount of / more atomic by writing the final loader.conf output
to a _real_ temporary file (this pattern might need to be propagated
elsewhere throughout the ix-* scripts).
4. Make user customizations more apparent to the person reading the file.

Improve comment.

Improve input restrictions for sysctls and kernel tunables to prevent accidental user footshooting.

Follow up r8093 by correcting the grammar for "Sysctls".

Fix sysctl generation:

- Values should always be quoted. This isn't required if the value is only one word, but it is if it's multiple words, i.e. "a b c d".
- Don't emit hash if the comment is empty (''). The database entry stuff needs to be cleaned up to reject input like ' ' still though.

Remove unnecessary graphics/cairo dependency in devel/gobject-introspection, per PR 161185.

Fix grammar.

"'s" is only valid for contractions and ownership (excl. its) in the English language.

Delete perl with -f to ignore dependencies. Some investigation needs to be done to determine why so many packages are depending on perl if in reality we haven't seen an issue with perl yet on FreeNAS.
