Incorporate part of OpenSolaris changeset 12383:c8a3959209ef to fix a
problem where disk device path is unconditionally truncated regardless

Make builds more repeatable in the same workspace by:
1. Not mounting async.
2. syncing before unmount.
This should quash some build errors I've seen in more recent versions of FreeBSD when reusing the same workspace.

Remove the hand-rolled graid5 patch from the tree and use the port instead. This required some changes to the build infrastructure to allow kernel modules to be properly built with NanoBSD.

Tested via load geom_raid5 on the loader prompt and by checking that the graid5 command was installed; no extensive functional testing was performed.

This fixes ticket 606.

Unbreak -f ports because we touch install/Makefile every time
today repulling sources from csup (ports and src need to be
broken up to properly deal with this issue). See misc/160646
for more details.
