Remove unused import.

Use correct name in copyright

Change share names to their protocol names for consistency with
the services tab.

Use a more formal name "CIFS share" instead of "Windows share".

use a TextField for cifs hosts allow/deny to accomodate an arbitrarily long list

Change NFS authorized network/ip field to accomodate arbitrarily long lists of IPs

exclude root from cifs share guest

set nfs users to blank if null; remove some trailing spaces

change path fields to PathField; this also fix the ghost bug where CIFS service is deleted!
