The caching operation as-is really causes problems if the cached copy is fubared; force a compress operation every time this script is run (this should really be reworked with a simple Makefile).

Echo whether or not mkisofs exists to /dev/null.

Remove all references to loader.user. This is going to be implemented in a more manageable way via the GUI.

Key a full build in on whether or not the supfile is present as well as the ._iw file. This will help ensure that all bases are covered when doing a full build.

Fix a missing unmount I must have deleted by accident.

Install cdrtools if it's not already installed on the system.

- Document -j in usage.
- Use proper branding for build failure message.

Correct -j argument sanitizing.

Expose the previously advertised $CPUS option as a -j option to do_build.sh, instead of as an environment variable, and remove the sysctl guess magic from nanobsd/common (nanobsd.sh should default to -j 1).

Fix feature specification so that DEBUG and MULTIMEDIA are once again on in FreeNAS.
