The caching operation as-is really causes problems if the cached copy is fubared; force a compress operation every time this script is run (this should really be reworked with a simple Makefile).

1. Move tmux to DEBUG because it seems like a debug tool.
2. Add initial firefly (DAAPD) and minidnlp (DNLP) support.
3. -DWITHOUT_<foo> doesn't work with ports. Use WITHOUT_<foo>=yes instead.

Make builds more repeatable in the same workspace by:
1. Not mounting async.
2. syncing before unmount.
This should quash some build errors I've seen in more recent versions of FreeBSD when reusing the same workspace.
