Fix typos. This addresses ticket 779.

1. Drop unnecessary 'r' open mode flags.
2. Use ContextSuites instead of ad hoc open->read/write->close.

for some reason we need to check unique constrain on user add
unique="True" as a string was preventing that column to be unique

add ftp user required for anonymous ftp login

also vacuum the database after deleting django_session entries

migration to delete sessions from db

fix migration in case of noxexistent user

a bit more generic code to load fixture in a frozen model

manually load bsdUsers.json fixture as loaddata does not cate for the model state

add email field for users and migrate admin user email to root email
