Remove set -x added for diagnostic output

Remove half-baked patch function. Something else needs to be done to correct funky state that one gets into when updating some ports where patches are generated upon other patches (sysutils/ataidle comes to mind).

merge in 7826 from trunk, which fixes the re used to validate target names.

Improve install.sh, following up on the branding work done earlier.

The version and branding info is hardcoded here as well as nano_env, but that will soon change.

Follow up branding commits with improvements to create_iso.sh.

Follow up the version.freenas commits by updating the service pack script.

- Fix service pack generation because it appears that the slice table format it was expecting isn't what things look like today..
- Use temporary files whenever possible to improve atomicity.
- Clean up mount points and memory disks if at all possible.

Follow up previous commit: s/version.freenas/version/g .

Simplify error messages. This and the other returns should really be Exceptions, not strings.

Remove FreeNAS branding and simplify error messages.
