Update django to 1.3.1 to fix multiple security vulnerabilities.

Remove the hand-rolled graid5 patch from the tree and use the port instead. This required some changes to the build infrastructure to allow kernel modules to be properly built with NanoBSD.

Tested via load geom_raid5 on the loader prompt and by checking that the graid5 command was installed; no extensive functional testing was performed.

This fixes ticket 606.

Unbreak -f ports because we touch install/Makefile every time
today repulling sources from csup (ports and src need to be
broken up to properly deal with this issue). See misc/160646
for more details.

According to mav:

ataidle sends all commands except IDENTIFY to CAM with CAM_DIR_OUT flag
and with 512 bytes transfer size (left from previous IDENTIFY). It makes
driver expect 512 bytes PIO transfer.from the device, while IDLE command
doesn't transfer any data. It predictably causes DRQ timeout on some
controllers.

Build in context for graid5 patch (which will die soon)
so that it doesn't fail patching, as the graid patch
touches include/Makefile first and screws up required
context.

This will unbreak a clean build.

rework nanobsd patch.

Order the patches based on when they need to be
applied for deterministic patching.

Remove dupe function declarations.
