reverse list for ipv4 netmask

Load all of the GEOM modules so people can get the full upgrade experience.

- Use simpler python idioms for user/group add/modify/delete logic.
- Only initialize notifier once when possible.

Remove the hand-rolled graid5 patch from the tree and use the port instead. This required some changes to the build infrastructure to allow kernel modules to be properly built with NanoBSD.

Tested via load geom_raid5 on the loader prompt and by checking that the graid5 command was installed; no extensive functional testing was performed.

This fixes ticket 606.

Auto-Commit of i18n data from Pootle for GUI

Remove duplicate device directives.

Unbreak -f ports because we touch install/Makefile every time
today repulling sources from csup (ports and src need to be
broken up to properly deal with this issue). See misc/160646
for more details.

Reimplement user lock, password disable and their backend support.

Revert r7638, this requires more work.
