Improve the NetBIOS/workgroup/domain name example text to
make it absolutely clear that we're dealing with the
FreeNAS instance and/or a workgroup or domain, NOT a domain
controller like the documentation kinda, sorta hinted at
before.

also "reload" istgt when a target that is associated with extent is deleted

when deleting a TargetExtent or TargetToExtent we should reload istgt

UPS improvements
- set upsmon master user password from GUI
- add the ability to append text to upsd.users

provide a list of available devices for configuring UPS

validate TFTP port
- change to PositiveIntegerField
- use Min/Max validators

do not allow 0 as a valid port number for FTP
use validators inside models instead of rewriting them in modelform

validate SSH Port
- range from 1 to 65535
- change from CharField to PositiveIntegerField

Use correct name in copyright

More sane defaults.
