Capture errors if listing all available snapshots fails.

Unlock the mount lock in the default [fall-through] case
dealing with snapshots. It would be nice if someone
documented what that case actually was..

Improve style:
- Fix indents to be 4-spaces per indent.
- Don't overwrite global varnames.
- Sort imports.

make sure to update alert status while setting a new password for admin (previously 'blank')

let the alert system tell about "password-less" admin user

use HEALTHY instead of ONLINE for volume status

commit progress for alert system;

Add a new field so replication can do a "reset once" operation, which in turn
destroies remote target for once and then revert to normal operation.

While I'm there, also improve the detection of remote filesystem and snapshots.
