First step for #622.

As of now a superuser is able to login without asking for a password
as long as the password field is set to '!' (UNUSABLE_PASSWORD)

The next step is to warn the user about it so he _will_ change the
as soon as possible. An possible solution is using the new alert system
(currently used for volume status only)
