fix typo on system/views.py cleanup

Clean up module:

1. Drop os.popen wherever possible. Convert to subprocess
wherever there isn't a clear analog that can be
leveraged in python proper.
2. <80 cols wherever possible.
3. Other PEP 8 goodness.
4. Simplify previously overcomplicated graph directory logic.

First step for #622.

As of now a superuser is able to login without asking for a password
as long as the password field is set to '!' (UNUSABLE_PASSWORD)

The next step is to warn the user about it so he _will_ change the
as soon as possible. An possible solution is using the new alert system
(currently used for volume status only)

move Config buttons to Settings->General tab (requested by james)

add view all for smart tests; remove id for add button

comment out the authentication on config upload as the db is not overwritten on-the-fly anymore

lost the login function on the procedure move

move config upload procedure to middleware + run migrate after upload

add missing translations (thanks to Marion DESNAULT)

set default cifs user to nobody; add the ability to exclude users
