Fix a serious regression caused by r7192.

(This is not the right fix, I'll propose a change in rc.d
script to get it fixed right but we need to get this work
now).

change config_restore to use "createadmin" command.

That should deprecate initial_data.json and mark the final step to allow
"password-less" login for fresh installs

Don't assume diskinfo returns the right values.

Modified to reflect the changes in the AD/LDAP code.

1. Fix a potential getattr failure (noticed by delphij).
2. Remove unnecessary try-except-raise logic.
3. Be consistent and use f is None, instead of not f,
even though both constructs are usable (for most
intents and purposes).

Print the usage message to stderr and call sys.exit() instead of accessing the sys.exit attribute.

use same factory reset procedure for GUI as for netcli

use HEALTHY instead of ONLINE for volume status

use ONLINE for volume status even for gmirror,gstripe,graid3 (UP,COMPLETE);
move status check from MountPoint to Volume

let middleware also handle nut_ups{log,mon} services
