let middleware also handle nut_ups{log,mon} services

enable nut_upsmon and nut_upslog as well for ups service

Strongly discourage swapsize=0.

Allow swap size of 0. Note that this is not recommended and should be used
with care.

- Make it possible to label a disk without using swap;
- By default, don't allocate swap space on ZIL and cache devices,
these devices tends to be replaced as a whole.
