Added a 'dump' option to cachetool, this should help debug LDAP issues.

Don't wait() before communicate().

- Remove PID file after finish;
- Gone is not important enough to stay in NOTICE anymore.

Set readonly to 'on' on creation of remote filesystem. This prevents
accidential writes to the replica which would break replication.

Don't touch parent filesystem.

Don't reset the whole remote filesystem's property, instead, do so only
on the affected snapshot.

Retair INPROGRESS state because the replication now run in single instance
mode.

Serialize transfer: instead of allowing multiple instances running, only
allow one for now, and bail out immediately if that instance is still
running.

(Note that with this change, the states can be further simplified, which
will be done afterward).

Be more aggressive when remote and local snapshot mismatches - check if the
remote have the snapshot we own, if so, mark the local one as replicated
instead of failing.
