Fixes to ACL's. Check for .windows file to know when ACL's should be in UNIX order or Windows order.

Don't set inheritance flags on files, should test with other file types as well.

This works for directories, needs fix for files.

update() method was broke, fixed, chmod works now.

In working enough order for notifier to use, definitely can use some cleaning up, however.

add() and remove() methods added.

sticky/setuid/setgid screw everything up, removed.
