use the right dev in the zpool to detach

Remove the deny ACL's, they were screwing everything up.

Checking if LDAP was started was missing a call to open().

Create zpools with -m (which will get reset by the subsequent inherit call)
to work around a bug that prevents zpool creation when same name directory
exists.

While I'm there also change to make creation time set cachefile be done
unconditionly.

let get_partitions bring the disk if partitions not found;
fix tune2fs label command

untested changes in backend/frontend to support ext2fs

regenerate snmpd.config on snmp service restart

Default ACL's that make Windows smile without complaining.

Don't dd on destroy, instead, just make sure that the partition table is
totally blown away.
