fix to make iscsi 100% proof of device name changing + migration to relabel

use glabel label instead of glabel create, damn will! =(

apply patch to disallow root for AFP and sync help_text (thanks to Marion DESNAULT)

add check interval for SMART, defaults to 30 minutes

add serial field for iscsi target, initial value set for first MAC found + id

set default cifs user to nobody; add the ability to exclude users

set nfs users to blank if null; remove some trailing spaces
