Preserve root ssh keys across upgrades

Roll up commit from ix repo

sync with ix repo, brings a whole raft of improvements to FreeNAS

Move netcli to nanobsd so it winds up on the image, not the CD

Initial version / import of network CLI.

Mega commit to merge with internal repo, adds AD, LDAP, ssh keys in database, improves migrations, and much much more

Extremely crude attempt to support upgrades.

Two minor tweaks to the installer to make it clearer that the commit dialog is your last chance to bail.

Cleanup templates

o Add the disk size to the choices to install onto.
o Move the warning screen until AFTER the install disk choice screen
- in future versions we'll have an upgrade option there
o loop over install.sh: if it exists, the install is borked. The only sane
thing we can do is restart the install process.
o Simplify things somewhat.
