Remove swap partition before detaching.

Looks like I forgot to commit this.

sort disks list for volume wizard

detach disk ignoring errors and delete disk group 'detached' if empty

put replaced disks into a 'detached' disk group type;
do not let cache disks be replaced;
cancel button for config upload

Drop swap right before disk is being destroyed.

fix config upload to work with CSRF

fix firmware form to show errors

complete apparent fixes necessary to make django 1.2.5(+csrf) to work properly

disable disk detach button
