Sync with ix repo r1697, fix numerous bugs, enable treemenu, turn on mps

Three quick changes:
o Move to creating 2 partitions to ping-pong between.
o Bump flash size to 1g (10^9 bytes, more or less).
o Implement generic flash sizes in nanobsd now that the bulk of the need to
have the geometry right is much less critical than it was in days of yore.

This should give us the necessary infrastructure to do upgrades form the GUI.

Mega commit to merge with internal repo, adds AD, LDAP, ssh keys in database, improves migrations, and much much more

Switch to patched py-ipaddr instead of patched django, add collectd to nanobsd build

Upgrade build to 8.2-beta1

Don't need this three times...

Remove packages that we have no GUI for, or any plans for a GUI in the base.

Move setting NANO_ARCH earlier so that FREENAS_ARCH will be the
default for all the things that it affects.

Eliminate unison while I'm here. It breaks cross building. We have
no plans for a gui and so far nobdoy has complained that it is
missing.

With these changes, I can now build a i386 cd on an amd64 host.

In post-south world order, we need to add --migreate

Finish up LAGG implementation, add south to the mix
