When building the package name, set PYTHON_CMD to /bin/true. This has
the effect of forcing the ports system to use the version defined in
the ports tree FreeNAS uses in prefernece to the version that's
installed on the system. My main build system just upgraded recently
to 2.6.6, which made the package name without this for the py-sqlite3
port be 'py26-sqlite3-2.6.6_1' when package-name was invoked, but
py26-sqlite3-2.6.5_1 inside the chroot build environment. Since there
was a mismatch, we always thought that we had to build this port, so
we always installed a fat image. We only set PYTHON_CMD to /bin/true
for this invocation since other times that make is invoked we're in
the chroot and we've already built the proper python. We rely on the
fact that if the python version command produces no output, we fall
back to the version defined in the ports build system.

# Let this be a lesson to those who would argue for too much cleverness!

Add tcsh back. Remove nut, since we don't have any UI support for it
