merge with ix repo, adds working iSCSI, and the GUI for users/groups

Add choices for ZFS dataset. They were forgotten in yesterday's
merge.

Mega commit to merge with internal repo, adds AD, LDAP, ssh keys in database, improves migrations, and much much more

Cleanup templates

Implement Xin's proposed schema changes for LAGG:
* Create 3 LAGG Tables
+ Members Table
- device name
- options
+ Interface / Type Table
- interface (foreign key to Interfaces table)
- type (lagg protocol type)
+ Interface / Members Table
- Order Number (arbitrary integer)
- device (foreign key to LAGGMembers table)
- interface (foreign key to Interfaces table)

Better timezone support (may be too many choices though)
Fix bug in Chrome that causes it to bogusly cache some results (this is ugly)
uncomment iSCSI stuff, but no back-end work yet...
