Merge in support for adding/removing ZFS dataset from iX repository.

Mega commit to merge with internal repo, adds AD, LDAP, ssh keys in database, improves migrations, and much much more

Fat fingered it on last commit, this fixes that ;-)

Fixes to make TLS work correctly.

Need to mount root filesystem writeable in order to create the
certificate directory.

Set ldap_ssl to correct default value and add schema migration file to
add the new fields to the services_ldap and services_activedirectory
tables.

Missed this the first time around.

Changes to the model to compliment the changes in the database schema.

Updated icons

Initial import of LDAP and Active Directory code. I'm sure I broke
something ;-).
