Update files to use the changed name

Merge with FreeBSD 7.2

Create /var/log/samba if required.

Merge code with FreeBSD 7.1 && update copyrights.

Fix boot problem. It is allowed to create directories in /var but do not use parameter -p (e.g. mkdir -p xxx).

Fix boot problem. It is necessary that all directories below /var are created in /etc/rc before they are used, otherwise the /var md (union) will hide the previous directory structure resulting in unpredictable system behavior.

Use environment variable instead of file to notify PHP code that boot process is in progress.

Improve boot scripts.

Misc modifications. Adapt printf colors to FreeNAS look (blue and white).

Restart 0.7 development. Revert previous changes to 0.69 code.
