Commit [r4743] Maximize Restore History

Prohibit user 'transmission' to login. Because this user needs to be in group 'ftp' he is allowed to login via FTP. Because of that the following solution is implemented:

- Password is generated randomly for this user
- Default shell is 'nologin' to deny SSH logins
