Modify pam configuration according to http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/UPDATING?rev=1.561;content-type=text%2Fplain (see 20070610) to prevent 'login: in openpam_dispatch(): pam_nologin.so: no pam_sm_setcred()' messages in syslog and ensure pam is working correct.

Add checkbox to enable WOL on 'Network|Interfaces|LAN' and 'Interfaces|Optionalx' pages. Please note that WOL only works for nfe, nve, sis, vr, xl. Thanks to Tobias Reber for the patch.
