- Finish replacing PHPMailer with msmtp SMTP mail client.

Fix bug in smartd email report script.

- Begin to replace PHPMailer with msmtp SMTP mail client.
- Fixed bug in S.M.A.R.T WebGUI. The 'Test email' checkbox was not enabled/disabled correct.

Add msmtp to replace current PHP mail implementation. This is necessary because sending mails using the current implementation is really difficult, see SMART. The main reason to change the smtp client is to implement email notifications for NUT (Network UPS tools).

Encode RSYNC MOTD, otherwise line breaks will get lost because of the PHP XML parser (The parser removes misc characters before storing them in variables).

Improve mkpw source code and Makefile.

Add 'MOTD' option to 'System|Advanced' to set the system message of the day. This is displayed when login in via SSH for example.

Add 'Auxiliary parameters' option to DynamicDNS WebGUI page to allow adding additional parameters to the configuration file for customization (FR 2149626).

Update changes.

Set default buttons to 'No'.
